Eve Miko
Eve is a tutor on the CGI Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice and brings her wide-ranging experience to this practice focused programme.
Eve has over 12 years of operational business experience in governance roles across several industries, from large multinationals to complex start-ups and is currently holding a role of a Senior Director, Corporate Governance EMEA at CBRE Advisory. Previously, she was with CBRE GWS where for many years she served as the EMEA Head of Governance. At GWS, she was responsible for setting up governance structures that comply with existing laws and with legislative changes, establishment of a governance program to safeguard the integrity of the organisation, and promotion of high standards of ethical behaviour. Before her time at GWS, Eve held several company secretary and board secretary positions that altogether have shaped her governance style. She is passionate about governance structures, resilient boards, and reporting standards as a backbone to sustainability. Eve brings this passion and expertise to all her lectures.
