This module aims to develop students’ knowledge and skills
to prepare for practice as company secretaries, ensuring that the company
operates in accordance with good governance principles and the regulations of
the jurisdiction in which it operates.

 Course Length: 10 online live evening sessions

 Course Times: 4pm – 6pm (Tues)
