Trina Hill
Trina has been the tutor for the Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice since 2020, having previously lectured on the Corporate Governance module. Trina had also lectured at Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Northampton on their MA in Corporate Governance programmes. She began her company secretarial career at Kingfisher plc, and has spent ten years in this and other FTSE listed companies. Trina moved into professional practice in 2006, working on a freelance consultancy basis and then in various accountancy firms. She is now a Director of BCS Accounting Limited and is Head of the Company Secretarial Department providing a wide range of company secretarial, compliance, share registration and governance services to clients across many industries. Trina has previously been an examination marker and Chief Examiner for the CGI Corporate Governance module. She is a Fellow of CGI.
