Matt Mounsey

Matt has lectured the Company Law module at KCB since 2018. He has also lectured at London South Bank University. After leaving university, Matt worked as an English teacher in Vietnam, before returning to work in the area of corporate governance working for FTSE100 companies, including BAA plc and DS Smith. Following this, Matt started his own professional practice, helping clients fulfil their compliance requirements as well as helping start up companies with funding and R&D tax credits. Matt has a law degree and is an associate member of CGI.

  • Lots of positives from the revision weekend. I liked Matt’s slides and focus on exam questions. Good that he had such a range of past exam material and picked the difficult questions to go through in class.
  • Very happy with the tutor he covered a number of topics, went into detail on answers and covered areas that the group felt they needed more attention on. I like that he went into areas that could get you more than a pass mark if we wanted.
