The aim of this module is for students to develop their knowledge and skills to prepare for practice as a company secretary, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with good governance principles and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which it operates.

Course Length: 9 Wednesday evening & 1 Saturday morning online live sessions

Course Times: 6.15pm-8.45pm (Weds) and 10am-1pm (Sat) 

Course Start Date: Wednesday 30th August 2023 

Course End Date: Wednesday 1st November 2023

Saturday Date: Saturday 23rd September 2023

There will be no class on Wednesday 4th October 2023
