Course Overview

The aim of this module is to provide the advanced knowledge, understanding and skills needed for the company secretary/governance professional to support boardroom performance by enabling both effective individual behaviours and group processes.

Course Length: 10 online live evening sessions

Course Date Times: 6.15pm-8.15pm 

Course Start Date: Monday 4th March 2024

Course End Date: Monday 20th May 2024

Examination Date: 20th June 2024

There will be no classes held on the Bank Holidays (1st April & 6th May) nor on 8th April.  There will be a class on Thursday 16th May.

All classes are live and held online.  Classes are recorded so if you miss a class you will be able to catch up.
